Michele Morris is an award winning author, professional recipe developer, food photographer, and sommelier who leads food and wine tours in Italy. Her popular food and travel blogs can be found on her cooking website, cookingwithmichele.com.

Michele’s food and travel writing has appeared in numerous regional publications, including The Denver Post, Colorado Homes & Lifestyles, Edible Front Range, and Nourish Food Magazine.

Michele’s first memoir, Poco a Poco, was released in the summer of 2018 and garnered several awards including a Silver Nautilus Book Award.

Her first cookbook, Tasting Colorado, won the Colorado Authors’ League Writing Award as well as the coveted Colorado Book Award. Both Tasting Colorado and her second cookbook, A Taste of Washington, feature Michele’s mouthwatering food photography.
